These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kimtoto ("Kimtoto", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kimtoto.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Kimtoto Platform — including but not limited to depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or engaging with any game or service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Kimtoto, including online casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, crash games, lottery products, poker, and any future product categories added to the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Kimtoto Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by Kimtoto to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "rollover") means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which Kimtoto processes transactions.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• "Sports Book" means Kimtoto's sports betting service, covering pre-match and in-play markets across football, basketball, cricket, UFC, and other sports.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account at the Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Kimtoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of Kimtoto or any affiliated entity;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary through Kimtoto or imposed through a third-party responsible gambling programme;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and free from any taint of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

Kimtoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time.

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Kimtoto services, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your Account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Kimtoto reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, Kimtoto is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification may require submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot or statement confirming e-wallet or bank account association);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Kimtoto in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

Kimtoto processes KYC submissions promptly. Incomplete, falsified, or inconsistent documentation will result in delay or denial of verification. Accounts that fail KYC review may be suspended and balances held pending resolution.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. You should notify Kimtoto immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Kimtoto will not be held liable for losses resulting from a failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.1 Deposits

Kimtoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Kimtoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Kimtoto does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to another person, or anonymous payment channels.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Most withdrawal requests to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer for accounts awaiting full KYC clearance or subject to enhanced due diligence review.

Kimtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

Kimtoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• The standard wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds is 15x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Bonus credit and real-money balance are tracked separately. Real-money funds are wagered first by default;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement;
• Kimtoto reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the promotion.

6.2 Referral Programme

Players who refer friends to Kimtoto using their unique referral code may receive a reward of MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred player completing KYC verification and making a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are credited automatically and are subject to standard wagering requirements. Artificial or fraudulent referrals — including self-referral, referral of fictitious persons, or coordinated bonus farming — will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards and may lead to Account closure.

6.3 Birthday Bonus

Eligible Players with a verified date of birth on file may receive a birthday bonus during their birthday month, scaled to their current VIP tier: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), Platinum and above (up to MYR 2,688). Birthday bonuses are subject to a 15x wagering requirement unless otherwise communicated. Players must have made at least one deposit in the 60 days prior to the birthday month to qualify.

All bets placed on the Kimtoto Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the product category in question. Players are responsible for understanding those rules before placing any wager.

• Sports Betting: All sports wagers are settled in accordance with official match results as recorded by the relevant governing body. In-play bets stand unless a technical error is demonstrated. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, sport, and account tier.
• Live Dealer Games: All decisions made at live dealer tables are final once the round is closed. Disconnection during a live dealer round does not void a placed bet — it remains active and will be settled based on the outcome.
• Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Displayed RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes over any individual session.
• Obvious Errors: Kimtoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that are materially incorrect due to technical error, data feed failure, or human mistake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kimtoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information;
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational gaming ("bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kimtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond Kimtoto's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from wagers placed in error, misunderstanding of game rules, or reliance on inaccurate third-party data.

Kimtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Kimtoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by Kimtoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Kimtoto collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of Platform services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the Kimtoto Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account security measures include multi-factor verification for sensitive actions such as withdrawal requests and password changes.

13.1 Suspension by Kimtoto

Kimtoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
• Regulatory compliance requirements necessitate account review;
• The Account holder may not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by Kimtoto — all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15) shall remain in full force and effect.

Kimtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or on-site notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or arbitral body as determined by Kimtoto's operational jurisdiction.

Kimtoto makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence or location of access.
